Our Services
1. Parent Visit
₹599 / 2 Hours
Regular companionship and basic support at home.
- Friendly conversation and companionship
- Basic wellbeing, food and water check
- Medication reminder
- Short walk / time together
- Basic smartphone / digital help
- Doctor appointment booking or coordination
- Family update + immediate alert if a concern is noticed
Service boundaries: Medical treatment, medicine administration,
bathing/toileting, heavy lifting, housekeeping, cooking, banking and financial transactions are not
part of this service.
2. Parent Visit + Small Errands
₹799 / 2 Hours
Everything in Parent Visit + simple nearby tasks.
- All Parent Visit services
- Medicine pickup from a nearby pharmacy
- Small essential-item purchases
- Dropping off / collecting doctor-visit documents
- Other simple, low-risk tasks for immediate needs
Service boundaries: Errands are limited to simple nearby tasks
that can reasonably be completed within the visit. Banking, cash handling, legal/financial work,
heavy items, skilled repairs and medical procedures are outside the service.
Actual purchase and travel expenses are separate.
3. Doctor / Hospital Assistance
₹799 / Up to 2 Hours
₹300 / Additional Hour
A companion for medical visits when family cannot be there.
- Clinic / hospital accompaniment
- Registration and appointment coordination
- Waiting / queue assistance
- Basic coordination during the visit
- Family updates
- Passing doctor-provided instructions to the family
Service boundaries: This is a companion and coordination service,
not medical care. Diagnosis, treatment, injections, medicine administration and clinical tasks are
handled by qualified medical professionals.
Consultation, medicine, ambulance and other actual expenses are
separate.
4. Emergency Assistance
Time-based Charges
- Contact family immediately
- Coordinate with available companion
- Call ambulance / emergency services when required
- Stay in communication with family
Important: Our service does not replace ambulance, hospital
or emergency medical services. In a serious emergency, contact 112, an ambulance or the nearest
emergency medical facility immediately.
For 2 Parents in the Same Home
Parent Visit → ₹799
Parent Visit + Small Errands → ₹999
Actual medicines, purchases, travel, consultation and ambulance expenses are
separate.
